or beat the price or give you $100!!!
To take advantage of this offer, merchants must provide either a complete written
offer with a schedule of fees from a verifiable competitor, or three months processing statements
along with the original contract. SPS includes all costs when doing the comparison including but not
limited to hardware, set up, statement fees, one time, periodic and annual fees, type of cards
processed, style of processing, business type and credit history. If all the information is not
present, SPS may request the merchant to provide it before a comparison can be made.
On honoring the SPS Low Cost Guarantee, the merchant must complete an SPS merchant
application with in 10 days. SPS reserves the right to deny the payment if the application is not
completed in this timeframe. If SPS can not beat a competitors price, a check of $100 will be mail
to your address within thirty days from the comparison results.
